I came back to Atlanta on Sunday the 11th. What a crazy trip. Luckily the flight back had monitors in the seats so I watched a Future Weapons marathon. Now to play with fMod and XACT.

I arrived in San Francisco today. Already got a full bag of brochures and swag, GDC knows how to do it.

Actually…..I’ve never been to Cali. But that’s gonna change come March 5-9. I have bought my pass to attend the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco. I expect it’s gonna be damn awesome.

I’ve been uber busy lately. The holiday season didn’t slow down for me at all, which is a good thing. I’ve been working with Cartoon Network, Cartoon Network Latin America, Boomerang Latin America, and CNN lately. I’ve also been assisting with the stem mixing of a new movie named Shanghai Hotel. I was also able to pickup some freelance work over at Basecamp and work on some Power Rangers promos. Things are good. Really good. Updated clips and resume coming soon.

So this past weekend I went to Anime Weekend Atlanta. It was pretty damn fun. While there I picked up the new Voltron DVD set. I have to say that this DVD set impresses me. The managed to pull the original audio off of 2″ 24 track tape and use the original sounds to mix it in 5.1 for the DVD. It’s pretty awesome to be watching old school Voltron in 5.1.

In other news, I’ll be posting the latest Adult Swim commercial I worked on, as well as a ninety second commercial for the Scream Awards from TNT Latin America. Both projects were fun to work on. I’m a fan of horror movies so I put a bit of extra care into making the Scream awards promo sound especially awesome. I’ll make a new post when they’re up.

I’m being featured on Full Sail’s website soon. I did a phone interview not too long ago and it should be posted in a week or so. I’ll post a link when it happens.

I’m still trying to get the final video for the Barry Mills piece. I’ll post it as soon as I get it.

I’ve been hard at work lately, I recently pulled a night session with Barry Mills on some new DVD spots for Adult Swim. You can find more details about that in the demo section. I also updated the projects section with the ThunderIronBoltenBlood video. That’s it for now.
