Finally out of the storm!
July 1st, 2008
We finished our 48 Hour Film Project Entry this sunday and actually managed to get it there on time this year. I haven’t posted the movie itself yet, but the 3 original songs I made are up in the projects section.
You may notice that the Projects section and the Demo reel section have also been given a little overhaul. I’ve added embedded quicktimes and mp3s to make it a little easier on everyone.
Updated Project List
June 26th, 2008
I added my teams 2007 entry into the 48 Hour Film Fest as well as a link to Episode 4 of StrangerThings.tv
More will be coming soon as we shoot our 2008 entry into 48 Hour staring tomorrow.
48 Hour Approaches
June 19th, 2008
Come June 27th I will be participating in my 4th 48 Hour Film Fest. These are pretty fun to do but are incredibly taxing on one’s system. Looking forward to it though. I’ll be working with my good friend and fellow Soapbox employee, Scott Wiley. I’ll be blogging across the 3 days of the event.
An update
March 8th, 2008
Things have been ramping up with my work on audioGIANT.org I’m gathering some good people to begin an original content run for the site which should fetch us some more trafiic and help build the community.
In other news, I should be getting the first episode of Yeti back from animation next week to begin sound design for it. I’m also gonna do a new weekly post here with a list of the clients I worked with every week. Should help me keep this site a little more updated.
A new year, a new video
January 3rd, 2008
As always things have been really busy around here. AudioGiant.org is about to go under some pretty big changes, this year I’ll be taking over audio post for StrangerThings.tv, I’ll be taking part in another independent movie soon, and then there’s the band. Undead Viking Mafia has been doing great, December was sort of ridiculous for us, We had a video shoot, 2 concerts, and now our music is up on iTunes. And as always, I am still doing a lot of work at Soapbox Studios, my second home. 2008 is looking to be a really great year.
In addition to posting about my busy-ness, I’ve added another video to my demo reel section. Head there now to check out the “Metalocalypse CD/DVD Promo.”
In a word, Busy
September 27th, 2007
I’ve been super busy since coming back from Indy. I, along with a few friends, have started AudioGIANT.org in an attempt to help the game audio community in Georgia grow. I managed to meet some more cool contacts at both DragonCon and Anime Weekend Atlanta. I was on a panel for game audio at the Atlantis Music Conference, and it’s looking like I’ll be doing some more panels soon as well as possibly speaking at UGA. Big things. I’m also now posting in the Mod Database to start garnering some game audio work. If that’s not enough, my new band, Undead Viking Mafia will be recording Oct. 6-7 and performing at The Warehouse on Oct. 27th.
On top of all that, I still have a job! I’ve posted TWO (I know it’s been forever) new videos in the demo reel section. Check them out. Things couldn’t be better for me right now.
Indianapolis!!
August 18th, 2007
I’ve travelled to Indianapolis this weekend for the infamous Gencon. So far it’s pretty great and I’ve met a lot of cool people. I’ll post more on my return to Atlanta.
Award Winning
July 19th, 2007
TNT Latin America picked up 6 awards at Promax this year, of which I was involved in the Sound Design of two of the winning promotions. One Gold and one Silver. Pretty sweet.
See me in the new Smashing Pumpkins video
July 2nd, 2007
It was a lot of fun being a part of this video. Everyone in The Smashing Pumpkins is amazing and they really made me feel good about the shoot. I’m more than happy with how this came out.
Updated IMDB Listing
March 17th, 2007
Apparently the people over at Turner have been busy putting the IMDB stuff up for Harvey Birdman. Now one of the episodes I worked on is up on my listing. Feel free to check it out here.
