StrangerThings.tv Eps05 Now Online
May 29th, 2009
Here’s the next episode of StrangerThings.tv I was able to do most of the production sound on this one, as well as ALL of the post audio. In addition to all that, I did the location scouting, some of the stunt coordination, and actually played a part. Enjoy.

This week I’m all sorts of busy, which is ALWAYS a good thing. I’m working with Cartoon Network US, Adult Swim, and Cartoon Network Latin America.
In the evenings my band, Undead Viking Mafia, is preparing for our album preview concert. Never a dull moment.
Stranger Things Episode 5
May 27th, 2009
I finished audio post on StrangerThings.tv Episode 5 at about 6:30 am on Saturday morning. Sunday it was shown at Balticon to an audience of 150-200 people.

I’m going to have to take a moment to share the fact that I love DropBox. It really helped streamline the work flow between everyone involved in Stranger Things. I’ll link to Episode 5 as soon as it goes online.
In The Studio 05/11-05/15

This week is jam packed with Cartoon Network US, Cartoon Network Latin America, and StrangerThings.tv
This afternoon I’ll be having lunch with the Producer of Yung Yeti, Calvin Florian. Yung Yeti was recently featured on the front page of SundanceChannel.com. It’s no longer on the front page but a screen capture is below, and you can still find all of the episodes there.
That’s a wrap!!!

A little over a week ago I helped with the production audio for the latest episode from StrangerThings.tv. It was possibly the busiest weekend of my life, and it didn’t end till that Tuesday. Was it worth it? Most definitely. In the coming weeks I’ll begin post audio on this episode with the goal of having the final product done before Balticon, yes, Balticon. A very ambitious timeframe, but I know we’ll knock it out.
Last week I also got to work with Matt Day from Cartoon Network. It looks like we’ll be doing a lot of work together and I’m looking forward to all of it. This week I’ll be working with CNN and TNT Latin America. In addition to all that, I just worked on a new project to air on the Jumbotron at The Georgia Dome. All in all, a busy couple of months.
Yung Yeti on Sundance Channel.com
April 12th, 2009
Last week I got to rock out with TNT Latin America, providing audio for one of their movie blocks as well as their broadcast of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Special, tough work. This week I’ll be finishing up some more Soapbox internal projects as well as some of my own music projects. Not to mention ending the week by working with Cartoon Network Latin America.
The biggest news though is that Yung Yeti, a greenimation project for Sundance Channel has finally gone live on their site. I did all of the audio for Yung Yeti’s 5 current episodes and even created a lot of the music used in the cartoon. Check it out below and at their site.
Soapbox Site Update and More
March 30th, 2009
Soapbox Studios recently updated their website so you should probably check that out, mainly because I’m on it. Ha! Lately I’ve been working on a few different Soapbox Internal projects as well as a few things for Boomerang Latin America, Fifth Third Bank, Reuters and TNT Latin America.
I used to update weekly

But I’ve been so busy lately it’s just not an option sometimes. Last week was the end of the TNTLA Academy Awards bookings, leaving me free to tackle more projects. The awards season with TNTLA is always my busiest time of year. In addition to that I also got to work on the latest Tim & Eric dvd promos. It’s airing on Adult Swim now.
I updated my Demo Reel this week as well, putting up a promo for the Flapjack Marathon that recently aired on Cartoon network. It was really fun to work on.
Ohayocon was pretty fun, despite driving through fairly bad conditions to get there and back, I had a great time and met some very cool people. I’m looking forward to assisting with the Dolph Lundgren panel next year.
There’s a sun out? I didn’t notice.

In other words, I’ve been busier than ever, day and night sessions galore. TNT Latin America’s coverage of the Academy Awards has kept me fully booked for months now. On top of that, I’ve managed to squeeze in some Cartoon Network and Adult Swim projects. I’ll update the demo reel as soon as some of that work airs.
In other news, I’m heading to Ohayocon at the end of this week. I’ll mostly be there for fun but since it’s my friends from Studio Capsule running it, I may end up working for the weekend. Regardless, fun will be had.
